Sugar

This is how I stopped eating sugar. The solution is really simple. First, always read all labels of the foods you buy. Almost all foods today include sugar to fuel your addiction. This addiction doesn't seem to apply to fructose, dextrose or other kinds of sugar, only to sucrose (table sugar). If you eat any of those foods that contain sucrose, you will remain addicted and leave the door open for seeking foods with higher sugar content. So I cut all those foods completely out of my diet. If I want something sweet I eat fruit now. For some time I ate pure honey. But when I was succumbing to my addiction for sugar, what really made me stop is I bought something salted, like a pizza. This gives the same pleasure of the sugar, but without sugar. As with most addictions, after 3-6 months, if you don't fuel the addiction the cravings stop completely. I used to eat as much as 15oz of chocolate in a day. I noticed it was making me lazy, I was losing focus and couldn't work properly anymore. Now I'm many months without it and am advancing in life and work a lot. So I think this could be useful to someone with the same problems I had. Good luck.
